It's not a matter of speaking up, it's a matter of time.  I did about 20 
levels
for Rise of the Triad, but keep in mind, you can do a *GOOD* Rott level in a
day.  It takes easily about a month of working on nothing more than that for 

Build level, probably longer for a Prey level.  It's time that's the factor.
Anyone can shab together a Build level in a day or so, but if you want it to 
be
good, it takes a *LOT* more time than that.
