I have a hanging window signfor my grandmother... I don't personally use it,
but I know many peopel who are not handicaped who use the hanging sign as a
convienience and when I know they do it I call them out on it.  I have an aunt
that still uses her deceased husband's tag and there's absoultely nothing wrong
with her.
