I haven't run it from NTS, but I have a test box running NTWS 4 (w/SP3), and 
Argus runs on it just fine.  Are you certain you're using the NT version and 
not the '95 version of Argus?  There are two separate releases.  I don't have 
them available, but if you're on the Internet, check out
