Hi All, re: Compaq Presario 2200, I've been able to get the two integrated speakers to function o.k. by using a win95 diskette set install, (odd that the Win95 diskettes pick up the speakers but not the more advanced W95b\W98SE cdroms),but the graphics on this computer are still locked in at standard 16 colors VGA (480x640) and the Compaq Presario 336-DF 56k updated modem. Any chance that someone out there with a Compaq Presario might have a CPQDOS program directory on their Compaq? (or on a Compaq diskette?) That, I have been told is the program that installs the drivers for all the integrated hardware on this Compaq 2200 unit. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I just might get lucky.....:).....Mike --- Maximus 3.01* Origin: -=-= Calgary Organization (403) 242-3221 (1:134/77) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 134/77 11 10 3613/1275 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
