Sorry Ray, but you're dead wrong on 3 things.

The A-10 Thunderbolt 2 (Warthog) has ALWAYS been painted green.

It has a 30mm cannon.

It's noisy as hell, but can fly VERY low so even those who hear it
can't see it, usually until it's too late.

(I worked on Warthogs in the USAF)
