I don't know if there is such a utility to do this conversion, but

there is a Unix prg called UQWK that creates QWK packets of the

newsgroups & email...  I use this in conjuntion with Pauls QWK2PKT to

toss the internet mail stuff into my message base (or to read/reply

directly with my QWK reader).  For the most part it works well, but

QWK2PKT is the weak link in that it skips any messages greater than a

certain size...  makes it a bitch for file attaches :-(
