most definitely! it'll never get there otherwise... i don't even see it
in the ELIST511... i only got one or two of the ELIST512 files... in any
case, one only needs send a proper formatted message to the ELIST robot
(i can help if you want) and then post an unmodified copy of the ELIST
robot's reply into the Z1_BACKBONE echo... from there, it's up to the
REC's to make the request for backbone addition as they receive requests
from systems/nets in their region...

let's get started on the above... no one can request it until it shows
up in the ELIST and in the backbone echo asking for addition... traffic
and nodes are not required like they used to be... there are minimum
traffic levels (5 msgs a month i think) but that's not hard to do...
