Yes, it was - I think I saw it originally on AMY_TECH.  However, my
program doesn't use a fixed location in the file - it searches for
the region to fix.

I DLed an earlier version it but my Sysop forgot the System archive.
He ended up getting the latest version which is too big for me to
DL.  (I'm using an A1000 with no HD for mail.)
