REXX execs during the first time you run them, store in an ea a tokenized
version of themselves... this is a kind of partial compilation...
few "compilers" around strip the text from the exec and leave the
ea: so the script is neither readable nor disposable for further changes.

REXXCC is the only freeware compiler I know...(RCnnn.*, on most bbses)
