Hello All!
Back in the begining of March, I ordered a modem via the online Sysop 
ordering menu item on the USRobotics/3Com BBS.
After giving it a bit over a month, I called 3Com to check on my order and 
found that NONONE had any idea what I was talking about, worse yet, the SYSOP 
menu item on the BBS is no longer.
I did get a conformation number (in a message on the BBS) for my order, 
however I can't seem to find anyone at USR/3Com that knows anything about it.
Any ideas?
I have an ISDN install date aranged for May 1st that I might have to cancel 
altogether.
Is my order valid?
Will I ever get my modem?
Is the SYSOP program canceled?
Is there anyone at 3Com/USR that can be contacted by phone that knows about 
this?
