Someone was just kind enough to send me QRDB43F.ZIP,  and after a brief look 
it appears to be rather a nifty program.  I will have to play with it some to 
get a better handle on it.  My only concern with it is that it uses 
box-drawing and other "hi-bit" characters in its display,  which probably 
wouldn't sit too well with my callers that don't have hi-bit enabled in their 
setup.  We shall see what email to the author gets me with regard to this.
All in all,  it appears to be a *very* capable package,  though.
