Um... well, here (see origin line), feel free to dial in.  You might try 
asking your local sysop, lot of times an echo isn't carried because there's 
no indication anyone is interested in it.  Most bbs don't have room to carry 
*everything*.  Depending on the bbs, a small donation can often do wonders to 
focus sysop attention.  Personally, I try to carry anything anyone asks for, 
even if they're not a subscriber, if they're a regular reader they deserve 
attention.  YMMV.
