Here in Florida and several other major cities (Most certainly not all,
though.) in the US, the levels have dropped. The readings are for the smog
levels, just as that have always been. No relation to capita anything, as it
is the % of the gases measured.
It was referenced in various news stories locally as well as nationally.
Here in Tampa, there was disussioon of elimination vehicle pollution checks,
but thankfully, that has not been done.
Our BIGGEST reason for less pollutants (We have many more people and
vehicles) is the decreased emission levels of those vehicles. Simple fact.
Newer autos pollute less.
BTW, in keeping with the origional topic, here in the US we are healther,
also.
