Which means that you are entitled to not have one and tell folks to
"stuff it" if they complain about the lack. But, since FTS-4 *does
state that the Origin line is generated at the same time as the tear
line, this is generally taken as meaning that you can have only one two
possible setups:

1. no tear line, no Origin line
2. *both* a tear line and an Origin line

You aren't doing either, so you'd better get used to folks commenting
about it.
