If parliment didn't approve Brexit, then there is no need for a referendum.

The EC process is a check and balance, and it is a good one for now... it keeps
the loonies in check.

With some modernization of the EC the EC count for Trump would have BEEN MUCH
HIGHER and it ALL OVER ALOT SOONER!

ie: kooklyforina split into kookly zone 1 kookly zone 2, and CA thus it would
be 45 for TRUMP and 10 for crookillary.. so take 45 off her, and its in the
100's..

Rinse repeat for NY, nycesspool 5, NY including Nassau and LI counties,

The ONLY reason crookillary got as many EC votes is the EC system makes it look
better than it really is, right now.
