That changed absolutely nothing :-( It made no difference to the log or to
my attempt to connect to IBM Global Network.
I can tell you that my modem does connect to the IBM network because I took
it over and had it checked at IBM last Saturday. It connect ed fine from
there!
I reckon once that problem is fixed, it'll fix the btpe one as well (or vice versa).
