Well, you can wait for NT 5.0 as it will have full support for FAT-32.
But until then, I believe you'd be better off with 95 unless you wish to
reformat to FAT-16. You might want to invest in Partition Magic since
it's able to convert FAT-16 to FAT-32 and vice-versa.
