subject: Still slow and choppy

I finally got a chance to get a hold of TMW110, even though my
request for a ftp or freq site went completly unanswered in this
echo. BTW you can FTP Telemate for Windows from, and this is from a
readme in the archive: "On Internet, you can obtain TMW110.ZIP in
ftp.vvm.com through FTP under the /regsite/telemate directory."
I was really hoping that the slow and choppy display of version 1.0
had been fixed. It is a little better, but still is too slow and
choppy to be and effective communications program for me. I know, I
may get responses that it "works fine here", but believe me it
doesn't work fine on my computer. I have a 486 dx33 with 16meg ram.
A lowly 16bit Trident VGA card and I'm running Win95. My registered
DOS version works great as well as some other Windows term programs,
as well as the hyper term that comes with Win95. Although, I guess
I shouldn't say the Windows term programs work great, I mostly mean
the display scrolls faster.
