This is northwest LA, Shreveport-Bossier City, LA.  The worst trouble spot
is on US Hwy.80 a couple of blocks west of Fair Park Hi where I graduated in
'48.  It's adjoining the fairgrounds.

Have taken lots of pix in that area in years past but it is suicide to go
there on weekends now.
