Do you know if any of the boards that carry it are accessible via the
Internet?  I can't afford the toll calls to pick it up, but I would be
happy to get it via VModem or ftp mail connects.  (I got OS2INET that
way before it hit the backbone.)

I'm an NEC and I will distribute it to Net 143 if I can find a Internet
feed for it.
