Sounds like they are... like I said, if you find a good shop, you can get 
some surprising work.  Lots of people go there to get their interiors redone 
too.  I won't go there myself, mainly because I don't speak Spanish, and I 
drive a Ford truck (the #1 stolen vehicle in this area :/ All of them go 
straight into Mexico when stolen too)
