I measured mine as about half of the normal size, with the font
being so small it was unreadable.  I had already tried your
suggestion about the Windows appearance settings, thinking it
would be the "Active title bar" or the "Inactive title bar" that
set it.  However, I just figured out that it is the "Palette
title" that affects those three windows.  When I reset them, it
fixed the problem. Thanks for the suggestion!
