Otto doesn't seem to care about his own Constitutional rights being  
devalued by this Administration extending them to enemy combatants 
plucked from the battlefield.  So now Eric Holder is bringing them to 
the "New York area", thumbing his nose at the 9/11 victims and spending 
millions of taxpayer dollars to protect these folks, all for a political 
circus.  Eric Holder should be on trial and the military should deal 
with those it captures.  

Recently the Obama Administration has been proclaiming that they will 
get the death penalty.  So now we deal with the fact that they were not 
given their Miranda Rights and now we have the Administration tainting 
the jury.  These cases will either end in a mistrial or worse, they will 
be found not guilty on technicalities.  Then what will the 
Administration, which is tough on terror, do next ?
