the german cīt has in itīs 12/95 release very thoroughly worked through
this program - via debugger, etc. - and found that itīs mostly just a
fake. only the portion that tries to resolve some windows 3.x limits is
implemented, but in a way that it has no positive results.
but this does not say that such is generally impossible...
as i did understand it, programs of this kind do mostly just push windows-
specific (resource-)limits a bit further than ms dared to.
there is at least one similar program for the macintosh that works more or
less this way.
