 Yeah,  take a look at the latest update in the SCO vs IBM case.. The
 "matching code" has been released, and it comprises of 300 lines in
 very random places.  Furthermore, the co-creator of C++ wrote a dissertation
 on why the original findings were inaccurate, and even speculated that the
 the results seem like someone was locked in a room and told not to come
 out until they found something.
