But the manual shows them at normal size.  For instance, see the
Object Inspector windows on 2-1 and 2-3 of the D3 user's guide.
The title bar is about the same height as the box below it.  On
my system, it is 1/2 that size.  The font is so small that I
wouldn't be able to read the words if I didn't know what they
were supposed to be.  And the close button is very small too.
