I actually have both types. 1 NT4 and one W2K -- they are not related in
any way so I'm not mixing them.  Both were new when I set them up, so I
have no upgrade experience...

As to why I set up a W2K one -- the hardware I had required it, otherwise
I'd have gone NT4.
