All of the laws you list above are decades out of date, repealed, or
simply no longer enforced.

WI just passed two laws pertaining to actual issues, on the road.
Drunk driving laws have been stiffened, and texting while driving is
forbidden.

South Carolina passes a law saying terrorists have to register.
