I can't help thinking that they are a few interactions I do not fully
comprehend out there. When I e-mail tech support and get a response 5 days
later telling me that they are swamped with problems and will answer later,
I can't help thinking that there are a lot of interactions out there :).

My intention was not to put down O-O wps but simply to express the fact
that I feel helpless when I have a problem of that nature...
