Well it's been on the UK backbone for a couple of years AFAIK :-)

There are also two other OS/2 REXX echoes - one on OS2Net and one on
ibmNET. It seems pointless watering down their effectiveness especially
since they are all low volume. Maybe there is some way of getting them
merged...
