Thanks.   I had no idea.   The CDROM was tucked away in storage and we didn't 
think to look.

 RS> Do you really need the book in the first place?  There is so much on
 RS> line help that you should really not need it.
We scoured the online help.  It didn't seem to adequately answer our concerns 
at the time.
I much prefer a tangible manual anyway.
