Out of curiousity, would the Alan Parsons Project and 
Queensryche be considered on-topic?  I'm pretty certain APP would be, 
but I'm not so certain about Queensryche... however, I seem to recall 
that it was once mentioned that Dream Theatre was on-topic, and if DT 
qualifies, I suspect Queensryche should, as well...
