it is a windows help file off western digital's ftp site with the

product and technical manuals for some of the caviar drives. it also

contains an explanation of eide. if rod downloads it, he may care to put

a message in z3_tech explaining that his arguments about the number of

heads on eide drives were wrong. corse he is much too anal to do that (:
