Yep, NT for NTFS or OS/2 for HPFS. Partition Magic (third party
software) can convert FAT-16 partitions to either FAT-32 or HPFS.
If you're using a single machine at home (not tied to a network) then it
may be better to use a compatible file system. (FAT-16)
