One of my main criteria is does it come with a virgin reg card.  If it
looks like the stock retail package, has all the docs, reg card, and
original CD's and diskettes, and CAL's (if it was a version that came with
CAL's) then I'll take a shot on it.

I've only been snookered once when some bozo did a switcheroo and sent me
some Compaq logo'd release...but that was early on before I figured out all
the telltales.  Rule #1 - no PIC == don't bid.
