Below the belt, Randall, not to mention, quite inaccurate.  If you have to resort
to portraying Canadian citizens' (I'm assuming John B. is a citizen of
Canada) disagreements with you as resentment or as being jealous of the US
then you have
run out of ammunition.  (And is the United States larger than Canada?  I thought
Canada had more land mass than we.
