I agree with the high flying stuff. I watched the 2003 Super X tournament
today, and it was just spot after spot. After the first 3 matches or so, it
got boring. Jerry Lynn getting further in that could've improved things, I
feel.

Out of shape now, after not wrestling for over 4 years, yes. Mind Games 1996
he had a 30+ minute wrestling match with Michaels, which was pretty much
anything but hardcore. Sure, it wasn't a tech-fest, but it was a WRESTLING
match. I'm sure everyone remembers it.

Hell in a Cells 1 (HBK vs Undertaker) and, I believe 6 (HHH vs Foley) , also
say hello. Foley's Japanese matches were just a precursor to him getting to
where he wanted to be. And yes, he did wrestle a LOT of Hardcore matches
against the likes of The Rock, HHH etc, but he also had some good battles.
