If you mean that's _all_ you get with AT&V, then your modem is
broken.  Otherwise:
Active Profile - the configuration the modem is currently using.
Stored profile 0 - the configuration saved with the AT&W0 command
which can be made active with the ATZ command.
Stored Profile 1 - the configuration saved with the AT&W1 command
which can be made active with the ATZ1 command.
Telephone numbers: stored telephone numbers (saved with
AT&Zn= command and dialled with the ATDS= command)
