Compile your code as you do normally. When you have already the OBJ
files you can then use either the Microsoft LIB.EXE utility which comes
with every DOS based computer language package or Borland's lib utility
which also is part of its language package. You just type LIB at the DOS
prompt and you will be prompted on what to do.  If you have some problem
