If Bill doesn't advertise ANYWHERE and is listed as MO and not CM in the
nodelist he shouldn't have trouble, especially if he DOESN'T offer freqs of
the MSGED software.

I think he intends to be "on-line" for ZMH only.  Not much time
for point feeds (although at 10mins per feed I guess he could get 6 in :-))
