Never did it, but from what I've seen, looks like a piece of cake.
Build a couple of hinges, mount to the frame rails, about where the front 
clip mounts.  Weld the fenders and hood together and mount it to the other 
end of the hinge.  Hope you remember to check the wire harness so it doesn't 
get caught between the hinges and short out...
