Go to your LORD directory and run the LORDCFG.EXE program. Move cursor
to the right until you get to Game Options. Clean Mode setting is the fifth
entry. Turn Clean Mode ON and it makes the LORD game text suitable for
children. Its advisable to have one LORD game just for under-age BBS
users, and another LORD game for your adult users. Some IGMs are written
with alternate text for use when LORD is in Clean Mode, and some don't. In
general, considering that LORD is very mild as to language compared to
games like Doom. If you've got kids who can't handle LORD, just maybe they
are not mature enough to be playing the game, with or without Clean Mode
being activated.

If you need further help with LORD questions, subscribe yourself on your
BBS access to the Fidonet echoes to the LORD echo. Most of us Lord
authors/users also hang out on the DoorGames echo and in the PASCAL echo.

After you've set anything else you notice you want to reset/change in
LORDCFG, all you need to do usually is press the ESC key and the program
exits with your changes saved. Sometimes it asks you to verify that you
want to save changes.

Instructions should be applicable to the Lord/32 beta as well, which is the
in progress 32-bit Windows platform.

If you are looking for LORD IGMs, all of the known releases are available
from my web-site's LORD IGMs page. Use following hyperlink to go there.

IF you need further assistance with LORD, contact the developer Michael
Preslar at mike{at}lordlegacy.com and he can help you. The official LORD
web-site is down at the moment until a new web-site manager rewrites the
site. It is at http://lord.lordlegacy.com and Michael's personal web-site
is at http://www.michaelpreslar.com. Both sites are written with PHP and
may not work well with an old browser such as Netscape v4.xx versions.
