Interesting...  Maybe the song I'm hearing is an acoustic remake, or some 
other form of remake that Loggins himself did.  I think there's also *yet* 
another version that sounds like it's been recorded with Amy Grant.

Last week, I happened to be going through a local Tower Outlet, and I saw 
it listed as a title on a Nitty Gritty Dirt Band recording, I believe.
