I'm not too worried about that, if they sell me the licenses then they are
the ones who can't prove they are legal..

NFRs can come in pretty boxes too. In this case there should be a
sticker with an NFR indication.
You also get people that purchased an upgrade and then try to sell the
original.

Examine the pics of the box/docs. The NFR's are pretty obvious, there's
no box, just a little shrinkwrapped bundle. Those get
whacked by eBay too.
