Maybe.

It does not make the /other/ problem go away: that some POTS mailers have
no documented way of preventing them from attempting to dial *something*
when encountering such a number. The only "number" that is
guaranteed to stop ALL POTS mailers from attempting to dial out is
"-Unpublished-". So that should be the only thing allowed in
field 6, when there is no valid phone number.

Other then that: y'all have been very successful in distracting from what
this was all about: An interzonal AKA that should not be there!
