Just press Enter (blank password). Does it work? (If it works, it will start a new command prompt window.) What I'm getting at is, your username might have a great password, but what about Administrator? BTW I noticed today that Symantec has quite a good write up on what sounds to be your problem. I forget if I searched for "vnc" or "winvnc". They talked about removing the trojan. Personally, I would wipe and reinstall, as ghastly as that is.
