Thanks Jeff. I found that on MS's WWW.MICROSOFT.COM/WINDOWS [SUPPORT]
Website. Turns out the the WINPRINT.DLL file had been installed, but it was
missing the registry entry. When I ran REGEDT32 and added the proper registry
entry, all was well. This evidently is a problem that has been occasionally
cropping up since version 3.5.
I appreciate your help.
