Did you try the ARRL home page?  They may be able to give you some good
info on building such amps, (though they aren't legal for 11M).
 
The Radio Amateur's Handbook, published by the ARRL has plans for several
different "power boosters" which may interest you, (unless they have taken
them out since my 1979 edition was published).  See if you can get a copy
of this really handy publication.  The older editions have information on
more subjects than the newer ones - in the newer ones, they took a lot
out and put it in books on single subjects.
