Hi, Sean... SD>Thanks for the URL and man, it's dirt cheap ($10 registration). Looks like SD>might actually set up an IBBS game once and for all. ;) According to Marty Blankenship, Sysop of The Gamemaster BBS, Dennis Haddox no longer runs a BBS. Dennis' now-defunct BBS and Marty's were listed...but I sent a note to the author, Joerg Hilgemann, telling him of the change...that my BBS does offer it, and so does Marty's. Also, registering ProChess, you get a key for the ProTerm program (logs onto other BBS's to play it...not sure if that will work for dial-up, telnet, or both)...plus, registration allows the PCUTIL (Prochess Utility) to exchange game packets via FIDO style message between BBS's that have it. I'm more of a checkers person, myself. --- þ OLX 1.53 þ Re-live the Classic Ads of Burma Shave again on this BBS. --- SBBSecho 2.11-Win32* Origin: The Thunderbolt BBS 501-223-2541 tbolt.synchro.net (1:382/33) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 382/33 61 140/1 106/2000 633/267 |
