That's 26 degrees higher than yesterday's high temperature here in southwest
Iowa.  Yesterday's low (overnight) was -7F and this morning it's warmer, -5F;
that's actual temperature, not wind chill (which is below -20F).  Around here
when it gets much below 40F we start looking for our jackets...
